Procedure for Exercising ARCO Rights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To exercise any ARCO right, you must send a request to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"mailto:contacto@ascg.mx\">contacto@ascg.mx<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">with the subject line:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ARCO Rights Request<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The request must include, as applicable:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>name of the data subject;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>address, email, or another means for receiving notifications;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>documents proving the data subject\u2019s identity;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>where applicable, documents proving the identity and authority of their representative;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a clear description of the personal data to which the right relates;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the ARCO right to be exercised or a precise description of the request;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>any information or document that facilitates locating the data.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">AS Consulting Group will communicate its decision within the periods established by applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a general rule, the current LFPDPPP establishes a maximum of <strong>20 days<\/strong> to communicate the decision adopted and, when the request is granted, an additional period of <strong>15 days<\/strong> to implement it. These periods may be extended once for an equal period when circumstances justify it. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.diputados.gob.mx\/LeyesBiblio\/pdf\/LFPDPPP.pdf\" rel=\"noopener\">Chamber of Deputies<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Withdrawal of Consent<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When personal data processing depends on the data subject\u2019s consent, they may request its withdrawal at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The request must be sent to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"mailto:contacto@ascg.mx\">contacto@ascg.mx<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">with enough information to identify the data subject and the processing for which consent is to be withdrawn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Withdrawal will not have retroactive effects and may be subject to legal obligations or legal relationships that justify retaining or continuing to process certain data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13.
